Terms of Service

1.    Special Requests During Tours
Must be submitted at registration via email, letter, fax, or in person. Hanoitourist will confirm and try to meet such requests, but is not liable if service providers decline them. All information will be provided to customers before departure.
2.    Responsibilities and Other Commitments
2.1. Responsibilities of Hanoitourist:
•    Provide all services as stated in the program.
•    Use customer data for operational purposes: insurance, registration at accommodations, etc.
•    Store customer data internally (for tax, business records).
•    Allow customers to update personal data for future services.
•    Guarantee the confidentiality of customer data.
•    Provide full information and regulations before the tour.
2.2. Responsibilities of the Customer:
•    Ensure accuracy of registration information; update promptly if changed.
•    Carry all necessary identification documents (ID, passport, child’s birth certificate, marriage certificate, visas, etc.).
•    For children under 15 not accompanied by parents, a notarized authorization letter from parents is required.
•    Complete all payments on time.
•    Follow the tour itinerary. No self-separation from the group is allowed without notifying the guide or company representative.
3.    Hanoitourist’s Right to Change or Cancel Tour
We may adjust the itinerary or cancel the tour if deemed necessary for customer convenience or safety. Safety is our top priority.
4.    Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be settled via negotiation. If unresolved, they will be brought to court under current laws. The losing party bears all legal fees.
